Her responsibilities included both the acceptance of medicines and work with accompanying documentation, as well as maintaining electronic document flow and entering data into the 1C database. Polina was also involved in coordinating the processes of storing and distributing medicines in the region. This experience formed her skills in working with documents, attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage processes.

The path to the tender sphere

While on maternity leave, Polina completed training under the Demography program and received a new qualification in the field of public procurement and work on the ETP. This area was ideally combined with her previous experience and provided an opportunity to delve into the principles of the EIS and government tenders. Since 2023, she has been working remotely as a tender specialist, mastering new skills and developing her potential.
